I have been a pupil of Janine's for 15 years, a testament to not only her abilities as a teacher but also her charm and personality. Even after all this time she brings new poses, approaches and imagery to my yoga practice which keeps it not only interesting but evolving. She can teach a class of yogis of varying degrees of experience and comfort and all of us leave feeling we got what we were seeking or needing from the class.
Janine has made it her business to gain knowledge about anatomy and the healing process which she shares with her pupils as an adjunct to our regular practice.
Janine is a model for the role yoga can play in one's practice and in everyday life. I feel truly blessed to be her pupil.

Credentials
My studies are variable as all paths lead to Rome they say. If you look from the perspective of the 8 limbs, I started in Asana. And over the years, I have branched out into Pranayama, Philosophy, Chanting and Therapy.
