Biography

Janine has been teaching Hatha yoga classes for almost 20 years.
Specializing in movement and breath, she has been offering group classes and private consultations. Janine has employed her expertise both in corporate, studio and gym settings, teacher training courses, and syllabus design.
Her interest in the body has led her to study the LuJong, Chöwa Do, Franklin Method, cranial sacral, Reiki, Japanese Zen movements, breathing techniques from many traditions, many yoga asana styles (Ashanga Vinyasa, Viniyyoga, Anusara Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga as therapy) and meditation..
